We are very excited to be back to Colombia - the origin of our very first decaf offering! This coffee from Tolima has a lot of caramel-like sweetness, buttery graham cracker notes, and tart acids reminiscent of red apple. This lot was processed using ethyl acetate- a natural component in sugar cane, which extracts caffeine gently and very specifically from green coffee beans. The result is an extra sweet profile, which we think is perfect for americanos.
