We are very excited to have our first decaf coffee from Ethiopia! This offering from the Guji region has a milk chocolate body, which works as a perfect base for the acids reminiscent of a crisp red apple and dried raspberry. This lot was processed using ethyl acetate - a natural component in sugar cane, which extracts caffeine gently and very specifically from green coffee beans. The result is an extra sweet profile, which we think is perfect for americanos!
