This Colombia offering is brought to us from our friends at Falcon Coffee, via Siruma - an exporter we had the pleasure of meeting at the SCA Expo here in Chicago last year. We were impressed by their high standards and transparency, and ultimately, the clean, vibrant coffee we had the privilege of tasting with them. 

This offering comes from ASORCAFE- producers settled on the Macizo Colombiano plateau- an area perfect for growing speciality coffee at over 2000 MASL. The association currently consists of 290 members, and was set up to help producers organize and provide framework and education to improve social and economic conditions for their community.

This washed coffee exhibits wonderful clarity - bright apple and lemon acids complemented by rich caramel sweetness.
